  • Direct access to the evolving CIDCO Metro Network.
  • Proximity to indispensable utilities schools, medical hubs, and community facilities—ensuring residents experience a holistic township ecosystem.

Pathway to Participation

The application is exclusively digital, fashioned for ease. Applicants must:

  1. Step onto the official portal – lottery.cidcoindia.com or cidcohomes.com.
  2. Register by submitting personal particulars—name, email, mobile number—then
    authenticate via OTP.
  3. Fill in details like residential address, PAN, Aadhaar, and banking credentials.
  4. Upload requisite proofs.
  5. Choose the housing scheme of preference.
  6. Re-examine the application.
  7. Pay the non-refundable registration charge of ₹250.

 

Additionally, a refundable earnest deposit is mandatory:

  • ₹75,000 for EWS applicants.
  • ₹1,50,000 for LIG – 1 BHK seekers.
  • ₹2,00,000 for LIG – 2 BHK aspirants.

For 2025, the lottery proclamation was finally revealed on 19 February 2025, after a short deferment from the earlier slated 15 February date.
